Research Data Management
What does the term imply, and what do you need research data management for? Your research project will take you through various phases – from data collection to data evaluation and archiving. At each stage, you need to pay attention to a number of things in order to generate high-quality data for your research project.
A data management plan enables you to systematise your approach in all phases of your research project. For example, you can thus determine, how you ensure your data are legally and ethically permissible. You will also consider storage and organization of the data you collect. To ensure the traceability of your data, you need to think about how you want to document and prepare your data.
